Conflict – pt.1

“If another believer sins against you, go privately and point out the offense. If the other person listens and confesses it, you have won that person back.” (Matthew 18:15, NLT)

As I was reading this passage, preparing a lesson on how to handle conflict in a healthy way, I thought I would share it. Over the next four posts, I will break this sentence apart and share a small concept. At most, it will take about 5 minutes to read. I hope you find it useful and beneficial. As a Christ-follower, I believe it is important to know how Jesus would like other Christ-followers to handle conflict. If you are not a Christ-follower, I still believe his method is a healthy one. Matthew 18:15 is one of three verses that lay out the plan. Although I am only posting on one verse, you can read the whole passage by clicking, Matthew 18:15-17, NLT. New post tomorrow, with four more to follow.
